Account Intelligence and AI Summarization
Updated visual style: The visual style of the Account Intelligence and AI Summarization dashlets has been redesigned to help create a consistent look and feel for all of Sugar's AI features.
Restrict user access with roles:You can now prevent users from accessing the Account Intelligence and AI Summarization dashlets using the SummarizationGai module role permission.
Action button for next steps: Take action on suggested next steps directly from the the Account Intelligence and AI Summarization dashlets using the action button. After clicking the button, you can quickly create a related email, call, meeting, note, or task with useful prefilled information.
Account Intelligence
Improvements to analyzed data: Emails related to multiple account records are now excluded from analyzed data to help ensure generated intelligence contains relevant information.
Needed Follow-ups section: This new dashlet section identifies suggested follow-up actions based on related meeting, email, and call records.
Inline record links: The related record that is identified as needing follow-up is linked directly in the dashlet so you can quickly get the context you need.
