Expanded hosting regions: SugarCRM's AI features are now available to customers hosted in the eu-west-2: Europe (London) region.

Account Intelligence dashlet: The AI-powered Account Intelligence dashlet analyzes your data to generate actionable insights for your accounts, helping you quickly understand an account's history and make informed decisions faster.
Reporting on generated intelligence: Generated intelligence can be displayed in, and used to filter, custom reports.

More data analyzed: The Case Summary now also analyzes related calls and meetings, and the Opportunity Summary now also analyzes related comment logs.
AI summary dashlets renamed: The default display name of the dashlet has been changed from AI Summary to Opportunity Summary and Case Summary, respectively.
Minor user interface improvements: The color and style of the dashlet title and section headers have been updated for better readability.
Reporting on generated summaries: Generated summaries can be displayed in, and used to filter, custom reports.

The Opportunity Close Prediction dashlet has display issues in dark mode.
Note: You will need to remove and re-add the dashlet for this fix to take effect.
