AI Intelligence

  • Account Intelligence dashlet: The AI-powered Account Intelligence dashlet analyzes your data to generate actionable insights for your accounts, helping you quickly understand an account's history and make informed decisions faster.
  • Reporting on generated intelligence: Generated intelligence can be displayed in, and used to filter, custom reports.

AI Summarization

  • AI summary dashlets renamed: The default display name of the dashlet has been changed from AI Summary to Opportunity Summary and Case Summary, respectively.
  • Minor user interface improvements: The color and style of the dashlet title and section headers have been updated for better readability.
  • Reporting on generated summaries: Generated summaries can be displayed in, and used to filter, custom reports.

Fixed Issues

AI Prediction

  • The Opportunity Close Prediction dashlet has display issues in dark mode.
    Note: You will need to remove and re-add the dashlet for this fix to take effect.
