The AI 25.0 release includes the following feature enhancements:

Feature Enhancements

  • AI summarization:
    • AI sentiment field: You can now add the AI Sentiment field to the Case module record, search, and list views. This field displays the current sentiment generated by the AI Summary dashlet for a case record.
      Note: This field must be manually added to views by an administrator.
  • Backend improvements: We have implemented several backend improvements.
