URL parameter in form actions

Hi,

Is it possible to insert a parameter (such as the respondent's email address) in the redirect URL after a form is submitted? If so, what is the syntax?

In addition to my previous question, would the cookie left upon the form submission provide a sure way to identify the visitor of the redirect page as the respondent of the form?
