Sugar Market iFrame error in SugarCRM

Hello!

I've got a customer getting the following error on the Sugar Market iFrame (Drawer) in their SugarCRM

"There was an error while loading the iframe. There was an error retrieving Leads's scoring data."

Does this mean, the field chosen to store the contacts score in Sugar Market is incorrect?

Appreciate any comments.

Kind regards

Justin

  • Hi Justin,

There are a few things that could cause this. If they have a record in their CRM that is not in Sugar Market for any reason then Market will throw that error. I believe it can also be from if there are somehow duplicate synced records (same ID from CRM on both records) in which the solution would be to delete one of the duplicates from Market.

If the email is missing in Sugar Market but exists in CRM, they just need to update the CRM record so that the sync will pull it down. That could be as simple as editing the name field, but if they have a sync filter then they would need to make sure that the record meets the syncing criteria set up by the people who implemented their sync initially, usually the CRM admin
