Hi All 
Currently using Sugar 9.0, but soon to upgrade to 12.0
In both instances, I have tried adding a new text area field "Call Note" to the Call list view, the intention is to allow users to quickly edit the Call from list view, add a note inside and save.
By default the text area field has been greyed out when editing from the list view
The same happens with the existing Description field.
I can't find any settings in Studio to make this field editable from the list view
Any suggestions would be great
