During April, we will be covering how to build our CRM effectively and the benefits this can have throughout the system for Sales Reps and Sales Managers moving forward.

Session overview

In the second session of the series, we will be focusing on Creating Advanced Searches in your Accounts Section of the system. Aimed at beginners, and in just 30 minutes, we’ll show you how to:

•  Search under different criteria other than account name/number.
• Use data from your ERP to create searches for territories, sales reps etc.
• Use our newly Customised CRM to create advanced searches, ready to be used in Campaigns.
