During this fourth Live Learning Session we will be looking at Alerts. Alerts is where you can create custom reports focussing on fall in customer spend, what customers aren't buying, or something they should be buying. You'll learn everything the screen has to offer, create basic alerts, more advanced alerts and then learn how to utilise those alerts in everyday Interaction bookings when reaching out to customers.
Learning Points:
- Learning about Alert screen navigation.
- Create basic Alerts about your customers.
- Create advanced Alerts to see who has stopped spending, fallen in value, or hasn't bought a product or from a product group at all.
- Find out how to use the data created in everyday customer interactions.
This Session is for anyone new to the sales-i system, or in need of a refresher; whether you are an every day sales user, or an administrator looking to gain more knowledge about how the sales team use the system day to day.
