In this first Live Learning session we will be delving into the basics of using Interactions in the sales-i 25 system, showing how to log an interaction once you have spoken with a customer, or how to book a future interaction.

- Accessing Interactions and a tour of the main Interactions Screen
- Learn how to log an adhoc Interaction, book a future interaction, or both in one go.
- Find out how to follow up with a booked Interaction
- Complete a booked Interaction and access customer notes.
This Session is for anyone new to the sales-i system, or in need of a refresher; whether you are an every day sales user, or an administrator looking to gain more knowledge about how the sales team use the system day to day.
