Understanding how we can fully utilize Enquiries and Customer Dashboards within sales-i Desktop
Do you have questions about your customers' spending habits? Or what are your Top Selling products? Or do you want to be able to quickly access your customers' data to identify opportunities?
During this series, we will be focusing on utilizing the Desktop Enquiries and Customer Dashboards. Looking at all the different types of enquiries within the system. From your Top Spending, Top Falling, Sales vs Gaps, and Trends. The month of May will be dedicated to running you through different Desktop Enquiries so you can get the most out of the data provided for your customers to help identify opportunities, trends and insights. We will also be taking a deep dive into your customer dashboards, allowing you to efficiently prepare for customer meetings, as well as looking at how to access insights on your mobile device.

In this Third session of the series, we will be looking at your Top Falling Customers, analyzing the different ways we can interrogate this information and the benefits to this. We will use several methods to find opportunities, allowing you to have more insightful discussions during meetings. During this session we will cover.
- Setting up a Variance report to see two different date ranges.
- Re-organizing your data so you can find the most effective results.
- Utilizing Variance + so we can see falling customers in multiple measurement types.
