Form Submission Role Alert Formatting

I am trying to use a SM form for technical questions on the website.  I have set up a role for our engineering team to get an alert when someone fills out a form and hits submit.  The alert is formatted in table form and engineering wants this to go into their tracking system.  They are trying to parse or map the fields into their system by using the email sent via the alert.  The alert is in table form and that is causing problems with them mapping the fields to their system.  Is there a way to change the output format of the alert to not be in table form?
