Event Email Follow ups

In Events module is there a way to change the follow up email subject from: Follow-Up for XXX to Thank you for attending XXX/ sorry you couldn't make XXX

  • Hi Joanne.  Sugar Market doesn't allow for the subject to be changed today but we're happy to add that as a potential enhancement and consider it for future development.  Question - would this still be one email for you with two messages ("thank you" / "sorry you couldn't make it")?  Or would you ideally want to send two emails to the attendees / non-attendees?

  • Hi John, thank you for letting me know. They would be separate emails.
    'Thank you ..' for the attendee email and 'Sorry you couldn't make it..' for the non attendee emails.

    We run a regular CPD program and people register then can't make it so we send them a 'Sorry you couldn't make it' email so they can book another date. Due to the nature of the Fire industry (customer emergency call outs etc) they can book 3/4 times before they actually attend the CPD. Hope that helps :-)
