Are Segments Dynamic?

When you create a Segment for email campaigns, is it dynamic?

I mean each time I use the Segment list, will it pull the most current Leads/Contacts matching the criteria?

Yes, the segments are dynamic and will pull the most current leads/contacts matching the criteria when the email is sent!
