Can I use custom fields in forms in Sugar Market

Hi team,

I have created several custom fields in Sugar Market, but I don't see how to use them in forms, is this possible?

Or only custom fields created in SugarCRM are available to be mapped within the form?

Also, any field created in a form becomes a custom field in Sugar Market?

  • Hi Diana,

    If you created fields in Market, it takes a few minutes for those fields to be created - you can check the progress in the field definitions under the 'Status' column to make sure it says 'Available'. If those are marked as 'Available' and exists on the contact/lead table then those should show up on the forms. 

    If for any reason those are still not showing up on the forms then please let our support know so we can look at that right away. Thank you!
