A customer was asking about this blog article the other day, and wondering - "How do I get this? I can't find the Audit Reports in Sugar Market!"
It can be a little tricky at first, because if you do a search in our support documentation for Market, you'll find yourself looking at the SEO Audit Report, and if you look on SugarClub, the closest you'll find is the Audit Log feature in Sell/Serve/Ent... i.e. if the words you're searching for do not correspond to the words we (or others) use to talk about the feature, search will let you down a bit!
Inside Market, we call this report "Track Changes". You can reach it from the main menu: Analyze > Standard Reports > Track Changes.
As you'll see from the screenshot, it'll identify when a field changed, what it was, and what it is now - much easier than going into each listener to see the results. For records with multiple changes, each change is recorded as an individual line item in the report. By default, all changes that occurred over the past 30 days are displayed, but you can adjust the history to see any time frame.
If you too are looking for the Audit Reports feature in Market - hope this helps!
