We are experiencing an issue between Sugar Market and Netsuite CRM integration. After reviewing the objects, contacts and opportunities everything is up to date based on sync date. We verified that mapping is set up correctly and working properly. However, we are not seeing opportunities syncing on the CRM side and the Sugar plugin for Netsuite is not pulling information from Sugar. We’ve created token access with full permission with a customer key that has been integrated and tested. If you have any information regarding the sync of opportunities would be greatly appreciated.
