Include videos in Email templates

Hi Elizabeth,

Yes, you can. If you pull in the code widget and copy and paste the code from the video you should be able to pull the video into the template.

I'm not using email builder 2.0, this is for an email template, not an email campaign.

Thank you for the clarification. Pull in a text field to your email. You will see an option to select "source" (see image below) on the left-hand side of your screen. 

Once you select that option, copy and paste the video code into that area and you will see the video appear in the template. 

Select "Apply Changes" when you are done and save the template.

Hi Elizabeth,

While it is possible to embed a video, you do want to be mindful from a deliverability standpoint. This could cause the message to be flagged as spam both due to the file type and the size of an included video. I recommend testing throughly and using the Advanced Testing option to view any warnings of your message being flagged as spam.
