Distribution Lists sync to CRM

If you create a distribution list i Market and engage the External Sync.

How I'm I suppose to be able to include new contacts/leads from the CRM if the distribution list isn't sync over to my CRM?

My understanding is that External Sync is enabling that if i include ne contacts/leads from within the same list in the CRM the list will be updated.

Hi Alex,

To add to the conversation, the screenshot you are highlighting with the "External Sync" is legacy feature within our system.

Hi Alex,

Sugar Market does not have a method of pushing Distribution lists to the external CRM. Instead, we only pull lists down from the CRM to Sugar Market. If you need to create a list that would exists in both systems, if you create a static list on your CRM that will sync down to Sugar Market's distribution list.

Alternatively, you could also create a custom report within Sugar Market to make a list based off of a criteria you filter. From there you could use that list within a campaign to send to.
