Event management

Hey! 

When using the event module without an integration to a webinar, how do I manage the sync between Market and SugarCRM?

I'm updating the attend list through Import Excel in Manage Attended and I want to se the result in the sub panel Event Management on my contact. 

When not having a webinar I'm not able to press the refresh button.  

And I have the sync sett up.

  • Hi Alex,

    You will need to go into the Manage Attendees area inside the event session. From the Manage Attendee area you can select the registrants who attended and mass update their attended status from False to True using the Update Status button. This will then update the event information for the records and show that those people attended.
