Hi,
One of our leads wants to replicate in SM several forms hosted on their website. Some of their forms allow respondents to upload files. Would it be possible to do the same in SM?
Thank you.

Hi Francois,
Sugar Market forms created in Form Builder do not accept attachments. One option might be to use an external form create and the External Form Connector functionality to pass the other form information to Sugar Market. We would not be able to house the attachment file, so that would have to submit elsewhere.
Thank you,

Hi! I don't see this capability in the system currently, but I thought I would follow up since this response was from 4 years ago. Is this potentially available now or in the works? Thanks!
Hi Jessica,
The ability to add attachments to forms currently does not exist in Sugar Market. We have not received many requests for this since this post was original made, is there a specific use case that you were planning to implement that would require the attachments to enter Sugar Market directly?
Otherwise, you should still be able to make use of the work around Jana mentioned with the External Form connector and passing the attachment to another location. I believe that the external form connector recently moved to the Administration View. You should find it under the "Marketing Administration" section of the Administration View.

Hi Eric, thanks for the quick response! Application submittals for the job postings on our website is the main use case coming to mind. So people can upload their resume and cover letter. We could use the work around mentioned above with a Microsoft form, but just thought I'd check. Thank you!

I see, that makes sense. I would recommend sending in a request to our support email so that we can either create an Idea request for you or link you to an existing one. It is the best way to make sure that we have this request recorded and we can track other similar requests as well.
