Hey!

What will happen when you reaches the limit of contact database that you are paying for?

Will you get a notification when you are starting reaching the limit?

Hi Alex,

There is no notification sent to a user of the platform when a customer reaches their database limit. The customers account manager at Sugar will be made aware of the customers data overage and will contact the customer directly.
