Error Message in SugarCRM for Sugar Market iFrame

Hi Team,

We have a customer that has this error in Sugar Market. Has anyone else come across this and have any insight?

Any help is much appreciated.

  • Hi Trevor!

Is this error message appearing for all CRM users or just this individual user? I would check in the Sugar Market settings to see if the CRM users have been added to the iFrame role. You can check this by going to Sugar Market>User Menu>Administration View>Roles>iFrame Role.

From there, you can see all the users assigned to the iFrame role. If they are not assigned, you can assign the user to the role there as well. This will provide the permissions needed to access the iFrame in CRM.

    Best wishes,

    Tina

  • Hi Trevor!

I have seen this error caused by an invalid combination of orgId / Sugar userId.

    Check:

Does the orgId match between Sugar Market and CRM?

    • In Sugar Market: Administration View - Administrator - External Connectors - SugarCRM - Settings - Unique Organization Id
    • In Sugar: Admin - Connectors - Set Connector Properties - Sugar Market - Organization Name
    • Is the Sugar Market Iframe URL (also in Connector Properties - Sugar Market correct?
      It should be https://iframe.salesfusion.com?orgId={orgId}&recordId={recordId}&crmType={crmType}&userId={userId}

Have the CRM users been correctly synced to Sugar Market?

    • In Sugar Market: Create - Report - Advanced Report Builder:
      • Select Data Source: Standard Views
      • Table / View: viewUsers
      • Report Type: Tabular
      • Select columns User ID, ID, Login Name, Full Name, Email, Status
      • Add filters Status equals 1
      • Report Options - View HTML Report
    • In Sugar: Reports - Create Report:
      • Rows and Columns Report
      • Module Users
      • No filters
      • Choose Display Columns ID, User Name, Full Name, Email Address (the latter from the related Email Address module)
      • Save and Run

=> Login Name and ID in Sugar Market should match User Name and ID in Sugar.
=> Also there shouldn't be any duplicate User Names in Sugar Market

If that is all correct, then open a support case and mention case #403618 as reference. In this case a customer had a similar problem and it was caused by some inconsistency in the internal Sugar Market settings (OrgID and OrganizationNameController didn't match).

    Hope this helps.
