Why arent my web activity syncing? 

Or Is the web activity module in Sell something else? If yes, what?

  • Hi Alexandra!

    I would take a look at your Push Options in the Sugar Market connector screen to see where your web activity is set to push to in CRM. There are two options available:

    • "Push Web Activity to Activity History"
    • "Push Web Activity to Custom Tables"

    I believe selecting the first option will populate the "Web Activity" area in your CRM. I hope this is helpful to you.
