Five Handy Standard Reports

Not all reports in Sugar Market need to be custom reports. Standard reports are a great way to get quick, aggregate information or stats about a particular landing page, campaign, and more. Below are some great standard reports to get a better understanding of your marketing activities.

1. Database Size for Subscription- Customers can easily track if they are over or under their database size using this standard report. It gives you a count of everyone in your system, with the exclusion of those who bounced, has a blank email, or are unsubscribed. This is also a good tool to see how much your database is growing over time.

2. Campaign Summary- For those who want to quickly review several stats on multiple campaigns, this report is a good option compared to creating a custom report or pulling up every email dashboard. You can see how many people were sent an email, forwarded the email, the percentage of clicks and bounces, and more.

3. Delivery Status- This report can provide you with a quick report of all of those that were delivered, bounced, or both within a specified time range. This report will include the contact ID, email, delivery status, delivery message, and the date. The "Delivery Status" standard report is great for clients who want to get a better understanding of how their deliverability has changed over time, and what may be contributing to it.

4. Contacts Warehouse- The "Contacts Warehouse" report allows you to pull in information about all contacts who are associated with a specific owner over a specified period. Select the available fields you would look to pull information from, the owner (or you can select "all"), and the days (30,60,90, or all) selected fields and that's it. You'll receive a report with information like the contacts email, total campaigns, total landing pages, account name, and more. This report is a great way to find out how a particular salesperson's contacts are interacting with your content, the most active accounts, and more.

5. Track Changes- Going into each listener to see the results can be a hassle, so this report gives you an aggregate review of which contacts and leads have had changes to their fields in a specified amount of time.
