Sync: push leads into sugar CRM

Hey!

Regarding pushing new leads from Market till CRM what steps do i need to complet? 

I have allowewed: Aloow the creation of new leads (pushing data), should i also set up a event listener to push the lead? or is that unnecessarily?

Right now the leads created in Marekt are not pushing over which I want.

    Hi Alexandra,

    you need to create a scoring profile. It defines the rules that calculate the lead score. On the first tab of the Contact scoring Profile, you define the Scoring Actions, including "push the lead to the CRM".

    Hi Alex,

    Market will not automatically push leads into the CRM. There needs to be a trigger or action which informs Market that the record needs to be pushed to CRM. You have a few different options for this...

    • As Oli mentioned you can use Lead Scoring. When a lead hits a particular lead score the action can be Push lead to CRM
    • If the lead completes a form and Sync with External CRM is set as Yes this will allow Market to Push the lead to CRM
    • Finally with Listeners you can add a conditional value meaning that if a value appears in a field the listener will push the lead to CRM.
