The only way is to run a report on a birthdate or this years birthday field.
If you want a one off report you can use the birthdate field if you have this data.
If you need the report to run daily then you will need to have the birthday this year for every lead/contact stored in a field. You can then use the value ++Today++ in the report Filter and it will only pull in records that have a birthday that is today. If this report is attached to a Nurture campaign with an auto refresh of every day, this means the records with birthdays that are today will be auto added into the Nurture campaign.
