Hey there,
we are selling software for secure digital communication to B2B customers.
Our post purchase/customer onboarding process includes:
- completing customer data in CRM
- generating and sending of order confirmation
- sending onboarding email, incl. licence file and installation manual
- installation support (if ordered)
- ensuring that the customer is able to secure his digital communication with us + his clients
- making sure the customer is happy
Since this is a process that is a) not automated at all, b) involves several departments and c) cannot be monitored properly my idea was to implement a process in Sugar.
My questions are: is Sugar the right place and how would you implement it?
