SugarConnect Setup Question

Hello! I think this will be pretty straightforward but I wanted to check first.  We are about to do a trial of SugarConnect and I am at the point where I am setting up the tenant. We have never connected our sugar instance to our 365 before. 

my question is - will setting SugarConnect up have any impact on my current users - specifically ones I am not going to assign sugar connect to? Or is it just business as usual for them in terms of sign in etc. 

next question - if we decide not to go with SugarConnect is it easy enough to rollback and decommission or is it a hassle?

    Hello Tom!

    Question 1: There will be no impact on users, both those whom you have invited to use Connect and those that are not using Sugar Connect. It should be business as usual. Connect requires an Office 365 account to sign into Connect, but no changes need to be made on the Microsoft side for this purpose.

    Question 2: In the event you decide to no longer use the Sugar Connect service, please let Sugar Support know (support@sugarcrm.com or https://portal.sugarondemand.com/ ) and we can delete the tenant for you. Please be aware that this can not be undone as tenant data is not recoverable after it has been removed.
