Process Definition to Create New Meeting

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me understand how to use a process definition to automatically create a next meeting?

I have a field called "next meeting" in our meetings module that appears when a certain appointment result is added (ex: rescheduled). This field allows the user to put the date and time of the next meeting. I tried to build a process definition that says when that field is changed to add a related meeting record, but nothing seems to be happening upon the field change. Does anyone know what I need to fix?
