Process Definition to Create New Meeting

Hi everyone,

Can someone help me understand how to use a process definition to automatically create a next meeting?

I have a field called "next meeting" in our meetings module that appears when a certain appointment result is added (ex: rescheduled). This field allows the user to put the date and time of the next meeting. I tried to build a process definition that says when that field is changed to add a related meeting record, but nothing seems to be happening upon the field change. Does anyone know what I need to fix?

    Hi  ,

    Do you know how I could get the original meeting type to be duplicated in the created meeting? In the editor it looks like there is only a dropdown, which won't work because I need it to be dynamic for various meeting types. Thanks!

    Hi Trent,

    Compliments of the Season. 

    With dropdowns, I've only worked with them by creating branches (gateways) for each meeting type.

    Depending on the number of Meeting Types, you'd have exclusive branches to create related meetings for each type.

    The gateway would contain the conditions where if Meeting Type is 'follow-up' > take the following gateway.
