Process Email - Date Format

Hello! 

We have a series of Process Email Templates that run via a Process Definition, and are bumping into formatting issues with a Date field. 

When the process runs, the first email executes with the appropriate format (Month/Day/Year). 

All subsequent emails in the process execute with a different format (Year - Month - Day).  


The global date settings are set to month/day/year. My personal account settings are saved the same way too .. month/day/year. 



Any tips on how we can get dates to format consistently across our templates?

    I tested this locally but I'm not encountering the same behavior. For me, all of the date formatting is correct across multiple emails. What version of Sugar are you using? Can you share more about the process definition flow, e.g. do we have wait events or other control structures between the send message events? What do the variables look like in the template?

    Here's a screengrab of the process. We are using Sell Advanced -  SugarCRM Version 14.1.0 (Build 208) (Q3 2024)

    The field I'm using is the same across all my email templates for the date.. {::Opportunities::service_start_date::} 

    I built a separate process and new email templates to see if I was goofing something up. Same results.
