Need some help here please!!
I am currently using SugarCRM and we have a web submission form that that gets Zapped into Sugar and starts our journey for the customer. However I have noticed a problem. When a customer re-enquiries they are not getting put back to the top because their email address is already in the system. Does anybody have a solution on how I get those customers that re-enquire back to the top of the list so they enter as a new-lead???
