How is it possible SugarCRM doesn't have his own Business Card Scanner feature?

We tested that.
The OCR is, sorry for the french, crappy. 
In addition, there is no SSO (SAML) but only Sugar Credentials.

Anyway, I work with SugarCRM since 2017 and we still don't have a basic function as a Business Card Scanner integrated as standard in the Mobile App.  
I think this is a must for the salesforce all around the world.

We are actively looking at this for our mobile app. Its been on our longer term roadmap for a while but we may try to accelerate the effort. I appreciate the feedback.

I'd be great because now we're trying other apps but I think everyone is interested on a seamless experience like Sugar Connect already provides us for Gmail.

Can you share a bit more about how you integrated that with Sugar?
Do you simply capture and import Leads via their BusinessCard solution by exporting to Excel and importing in Sugar or do you also use their DataQuality product?

And how does it do with international business cards and different alphabets?

Francesca Shiekh, snapADDY has a direct integration with Sugar via API. All you have to do is store the link to your Sugar in snapADDY and you can then transfer the business cards (including a duplicate check) directly from the snapADDY BusinessCards app to Sugar.
