Adding Comment Log Entry to Process email template

Since the Comment Log is a separate module with a many-to-one relationship to each module, there is no way to surface that data in an email template without customization. If you want the most recent comment log entry to appear in an email template, it would probably be best to have a custom logic hook developed to copy the comment into a text field in the target module. Then you could put that text field in the email template. If you wanted a series of comment log entries in the email template, that may require a more in-depth customization to achieve depending on your requirements.
