Is there a way to increase the label column width (on all record views) so that the labels are not truncated?

I have the same problem and like Rodrigo Manara ask all my users to change to having labels Above Field Value, but have not found a way to prevent users from choosing to ignore me, and the system defaults to "besides field value".
Rafael Fernandes any suggestions for a system-level setting that would allow us to avoid this problem by setting a default for all users? (unless there is something in more recent versions I've not seen yet...)
Thanks,

Thanks Rodrigo. We actually presented that view to our user base but most folks didn't like it.
Is there anyway to expand the other layout columns since there is plenty of space available ?
I have update all users to above field value, and removed the field from the user profile... otherwise you will need to force via css, to expand the view

So technically it is possible to do it ? We just need to hire a developer to make changes to the CSS?
The vendor that was implementing Sugar for us claimed it couldn't be done (I guess we should have hired a more experienced vendor).
Keep in mind that often with Sugar it's not a question of "can you" but "SHOULD you".
Your vendor is probably being conservative, it can really make your upgrade process harder if you start changing things in code too much.
Believe me, after 14 years of pretty crazy customizations I wish I had lived with many "features" and am working to roll back a lot of my changes as many new features in Sugar now make my customizations not only useless but also a hinderance to upgrades.
Also, what you "can" do depends on whether you are an On-Site customer or a Cloud customer. There are some things you are just not allowed to do on Cloud that we can do as On-Site customers (at our own risk).
The easy solution to your problem is to set everyone's profile to Above Field Value,
I suggest you just ask all your users to do that as part of your Sugar your onboarding process, now and for future hires.

The origin of our Upsert Preference Enforcer plugin was for your exact use case, Francesca Shiekh . You can choose to apply settings to users on a one-time or perpetual basis to minimize the training complexities and potential confusion users may have with all the various configuration options available.
Max Cortez , I agree with Francesca on the 'should you do this' especially when it comes to CSS customizations. They can be done but they are some of the most volatile changes when upgrading through releases; you should be prepared for ongoing maintenance costs if this change is important for your business.

hi Francesca Shiekh ,
Officially we don't have anything to enforce and lock system-level settings.
It does look like a great idea and if you can open an Enhancement Request / Idea for us, I can have it over to our product managers for consideration..
