Portal Access to Specific Dashboards

Hello,

We've been working with Sugar CRM for our organization for a few years now. Excited by the power of this system but can get overwhelming at times.

That said, I'm wondering if there is a way I can give external users access to specific Dashboards via the Portal? Any ideas?

    Hi Rocco, there isn't a way to display specific dashboards in the portal, unfortunately. Admins do have some control in that they can set up which dashlets to show out of a subset of available dashlets. That configuration is done in Admin > Sugar Portal > Theme Portal. You are welcome to contact Support to voice your request for the ability to share dashboards, although I will say that Sugar has shifted their focus away from the portal and towards the new Self-Service offering instead. They are still actively expanding its functionality, so you might want to keep an eye on that to see if it will meet your needs in the future.
