Meeting changed parent type

Dear All,

In my all meetings parent type/module was "Lead" then I imported meetings with parent type and id as another module and now meetings are visible under that module but when I check in lead subpanel meetings are still reflecting there.

Can anyone help me how to get rid of it, how to unlink meetings from Leads module?

    Hi Shreya,

    A solution, but I would recommend test it on a clone/sandbox instance first, would be:

    1. Export affected meetings from list view (this will include all fields for the records) in CSV and don't edit this file.
    2. Delete affected meetings in Sugar.
    3. Import back the file obtained in step 1. Important: on the initial screen, select the option "Create new records and update existing records". This will restore the deleted Meetings with all their information as it was before but will not add the Lead as a Guest (assuming the Parent record is not a Lead).

    I tested this process in a demo environment and it worked for me.

    Otherwise, you would need to access those meetings, edit the Guests list and remove the Lead manually one by one, as there is no mass update option in the UI to remove Guests from meetings.
