We had the Wdocs module installed on a 10.0.4 instance, but after upgrading to 12.0.3, it no longer appears in the module loader, making it impossible for us to uninstall it. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to safely remove the module?

I believe this is because the Doc Merge functionality is merged and native in Sugar after your upgrade. If you are still seeing remnants of wDocs in the instance, I recommend opening a case with Sugar Support to figure out how to fully clean the artifacts from the prior module-loadable package.
