Hello!
I was wondering if there is a way to include a dynamic link into an HTML email template in Sugar. Each Account has a unique URL they can use and we have this field already made in the Accounts module.
In the email template, there is a section where that URL should be. Any thoughts on how we can achieve this?

Since you have the field already created in the Accounts module with the unique URL, this should be possible by using the appropriate variable for the field in the email template. Are you looking for this to be in a standalone email template (i.e. one that users can select when composing an email) or in a SugarBPM email template (an email sent in the course of a BPM definition)? Is the recipient of the email the email address associated with the account or is it the email address associated with a related contact of the account?
