We are just discovering focus drawers in our Sugar Enterprise (v12.0.3). Our business office is reviewing accounts and the products that they have purchased.
They love the Focus Drawer. However, we have a problem with it.
We have a custom module called "Customer Products" where we list products purchased by customers. In the Account focus drawer, we want to add a dashlet that shows the products that customer purchased - similar to the Customer Products subpanel that we display when in the Accounts module.
In the Accounts Focus Drawer, we added a List Dashlet and picked our Customer Products module. It displays - but it displays ALL customer products for all Accounts - not just the Account the user is looking at. We can't figure out how to filter the dashlet to show just products for the current account.
In a similar way, it would be wonderful to show the Account's Contacts where the Contact is the CFO (a boolean checkbox we added to the Contact) but we can't figure out how to filter any of these list dashlets by just the account we're looking at.
