It currently is not possible to change email address properties like opt out or invalid via SugarBPM. One way to address this need is via a custom logic hook. It does not look like there are any open enhancement requests for this functionality. I recommend filing a case with Sugar Support, so they can track and prioritize the desire for this functionality.
