Focus drawer for RLIs from the opportunity subpanel will not load. What would cause this? All other focus drawers load

Hi Brooke, it is working for me in stock Sugar Sell 12.2. It might be helpful to provide your Sugar version and product(s), but it is quite possible this is something specific to your situation (internet connection, browser, code customizations in your instance, user or roles, etc.). If you haven't figured it out yet, you might want to consider submitting a case with Support with as many details as you can about your setup to help them see what could be wrong.
