No Upload button for Atachments in Emal Template

We have a few 10.0.4 instances and cannot find a way to upload attachments to Email templates.

As seen in screenshot below. there is the [Choose file] button but no [Upload] button.

Any ideas whold be greatly helpful.

PS: In our 12.0.1 instances, this has been changed to a WYSIWYG editor and the attach option works well.

Hi Christopher Hart,

I believe that the issue that you described is related to the following product defects that were documented in the 10.0.4 version of Sugar.

Being a non-supported version Support is not able to provide you with an hotfix. I think the easiest way to have this working is to upgrade to 10.0.5 where the issue is marked as solved.

Going forward the best would be that you upgrade all the instances to at least supported versions to be able to receive Hotfixes if issues like this arise.
