Thunderbird plugin ?

I see that they proposed a plugin but the supported version (6.x) seems really old so I am not sure it will work with my customer (Sugar Sell).

I will see with my customer if they can try the provided demo trial version and check if it works.

yes, do that....they offered a trial for us to evaluate within the customer environment. I think we used it with up to version 9 or 10 (onpremise), but you should check.
