We have recently upgraded a site to Enterprise v11.0.2 and Elastic Search 7.16.1 (Windows platform) and are experiencing some unusual search behaviour.
These don't seem to be present on earlier Elastic Search versions (eg 6.8.21)
Behaviour on earlier version:
Type in A and B Winery and the result shows automatically
Type in A-B Press and the result shows automatically
Behaviour in Elastic Search 7.16.1
Type in the same expressions and says 'No results were found'
However if you press return at that point, it does returns the records in the search list.
