Outlook plugin and cases

When archinving an email from outlook to Sugar, the plugin will display all cases. How can you not display the closed cases?

    along with closing the case, try to set a team for the case - the team to which the Outlook user does not belong to
    I suppose you can make it by setting up the Process Definition on case closing
