Is there any information on whether DocMerge will be available or not with the next release of SugarCRM for on-prem customers?

    Hi Frida,

    Apologies for the delayed reply.  We do plan on bringing DocMerge to Enterprise and making it available to our customers on-premises.  I do not yet have a timetable I can share as to exactly when this support will be added, but we are working on it.

    Please note that DocMerge leverages a SugarCRM provided cloud based service so customers on-premises who wish to use it will need to allow for that connectivity.
