How can you remove all members from a team / Team list rationalisation

When we started with SugarCRM 7 years ago the sale steam back then opted for a quite high level of granularity for teams. For instance , all countries of ASEAN had their own country team. In the mean time we learned (and experienced) that having so many teams and team combinations is bad news for the SugarCRM performance. So we want to reduce that number by consolidating the number of teams and teams combinations. Also reduce the number of members in a team (often because no longer in the organization).

Any hint on how to remove 'in batch' a list of users from a team (instead of clicking 'Unlink' and 'OK' a zillion times...)

How would you approach removing the number of teams and consolidating them in a strong reduced number of teams ?

    hi Hugo,

    if you are going to change the list of teams in addition to changing the list of users per team, the solution could be more tricky - some module records may belong to the teams to be purged, so data should be reassigned to new teams correctly.
    AFAIK, no cascade Team updates in Sugar out-of-the-box, therefore you might need some logic configuring to perform team updates through records hierarchy specific for your custom Sugar data model.

    As I know this could be done with coding or with configuring - with Logic Builder no-code tool.
