How do I email a specific person in process definitions?

Sugar Gurus,

I'm in the process of moving all out workflows over to processes and I need to send an email to a specific user. In addition to sending a notification to a user's manager, I need to add at least 2 other people to the notification chain. In workflows I had access to the "users" module which would allow me to pick who I needed, but I'm not seeing that in processes. Am I missing something or is there a way to solve this?

In the Process Definition Design View, right-click on the Send Message event and select Settings... In the TO field, simply type in a recipient email address and hit Enter.
