One of my colleagues just created an account in Sugar Community and everytime she tries to log in she receives this error message:

Is there any way she can solve it and log in the community?

Is that a real interface to your SugarCRM instance or is that a kind of portal? I can see an endopoint in the url.
Did you customize the authentication method or anything related?
Is there any other user facing this issue?
Can you kindly provide screenshot of login page?
