We are using Sugar Professional version 6.5.15. One of my team has duplicate recurring appts in their calendar. It says that "this meeting originated in another system" but I can't see this appt in their outlook calendar so therefor unable to delete it and I am unable to delete it in Sugar. Is there a way I can remove this from their calendar as the administrator?
What version of the Outlook Plug-in and of Sugar are you using? I just tested this with the 14.04.01 (April 2014) version of the plug-in and a 6.5.20 version of Sugar and my recurring meeting was removed from Sugar when removed from Outlook.
